Oil – 2 Tbsp

Oil – to deep fry

Add flour to a bowl and add cardamom powder, turmeric powder and baking powder and mix everything together. Then add two table spoons of sunflower oil and mix again. In another bowl add egg and beat well. Add egg to another bowl and beat it well. Add flour little by little and knead it by hand to make a soft dough. Add powdered sugar, When it is made into a soft dough, take some of it and spread it on a chapati board, It should be rolled to a medium thickness and cut into small pieces with a knife and each cut piece should be added to the hot oil and fried.
