Wheat Breakfast Dosa

Although there is no particular curry, this dosa tastes amazing.

In just 5 minutes, you can prepare and take away the delicious wheat dosa. This is an easy and delicious breakfast dish to make on occasions when you forget to soak rice.

Ingredients

• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
•Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
•Chopped onion – 1/4 cup
•Chopped carrots – 1/4 cup
• Water – 2 cups
• Shredded coconut – 1/4 cup
• Green chilli finely chopped – 1
• Finely chopped coriander – a handful
• Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp

How to prepare

• After putting wheat flour in a large bowl, add water, salt and grated coconut. Mix in the dosa flour mixture. If the water is low, pour it again. •To this add finely chopped green chillies, onion, carrot and coriander leaves, dry chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. •Heat a pan and drop a spoonful of flour into it and cook it well. When it becomes hot, spread ghee and serve hot.

Neyyappam

Traditional neyyappam recipe..

First you can soak the graw rice and then wash them well and put them in a mixing jar and add melted jaggery juice and grind them well. Appam

Palappam prepared in traditional style

After heating it, add rice flour and yeast and mix it and keep it aside. After six hours, add coconut milk, sugar and salt and mix it well. First, pour two cups of coconut milk in a pan, add two tablespoons of cornflour and a little coconut milk in a small bowl and mix. Add this to the pan and stir it.
