Ingredients

•Beetroot – 1
• Chia seeds – 4 tablespoons
•Milk – 2 glasses
•Nuts – few

How to prepare

• Boil the milk and keep it warm. Then mash the beetroot in a small jar of mixer, pour the hot milk into it and grind it well. Then strain it. Add chia seeds to it and mix it well, keep it in the fridge and drink it for breakfast the next morning. You can add some fruits and nuts to it.

Burnt Pot Cleaning

Take some detergent powder, add it to the burnt pot, squeeze 1 lemon into it, add a little oil, spread over the pot, then keep this aside for 15-30 minutes. Then put the pot on stove, heat it well, then wash it off, take a scrubber, rub the pot with charcol, then repeat this 2-3 times, now the pot is clean.

Ragi Snack

If you have ragi powder, you can prepare a delicious four-hour dessert.

Ingredients

•Banana – 3
•Ghee – 1 tbsp
•Nuts – 1 tbsp
•Ragi powder – 1/2 cup
•Jaggery – 3 ach
•Water – 1/4 cup
• Coconut milk – 1 cup
•Cardamom powder – 3/4 tsp
•Salt – a pinch

How to prepare

Pour ghee in a frying pan and add nuts, chopped bananas,
Add ragi powder and saute well. Add coconut to it and fry it again. When it becomes a well-kneaded dough, Strain the jaggery melt.Saute it till it reduces. Transfer to another bowl and mix with cardamom powder and roll into small balls and flatten slightly. Pour a teaspoon of ghee in a hot pan and take it from side to side. Tasty Snack is ready.

Chicken Curry

Have you tried frying chicken and preparing curry?

First, add two tablespoons of chili powder, half a tablespoon of turmeric powder and enough salt to two kilos of chicken pieces and mix and set aside for half an hour.After that, pour oil in a pan and heat it up and add chicken pieces. Fry the chicken and set aside .Add the chopped onion to the same pan. After frying the onion well, add one tablespoon of chili powder, one tablespoon of garam masala, half a tablespoon of turmeric powder, one tablespoon of coriander powder and fry until the raw smell of the powder disappears. Beat three tomatoes in a mixer and add to this mix well then add ginger garlic paste and green chillies mix everything again then add chicken pieces add some water and cook well. When it becomes a thick gravy add curry leaves and switch off the flame.

A super food with ragi and buttermilk

Mix ragi and water in a bowl. Boil water in a pan, add this mix and stir it well, add salt, then cook it well, pour buttermilk now, mix well, then turn off flame. Heat coconut oil in a pan, pop mustard, then add curry leaves, mix well, then pour it to the ragi drink, combine well, then serve it.

Tasty Squid Fish Thoran

Clean Squid fish, and cut it into small equal pieces, then add it to a clay pot, add green chillies, shallots, ginger and garlic into it after chopping finely. Add tamarind juice and salt, then cook it well. Grind coconut, cumin and chilly powder together and add to cooked squid, boil it until it become thick. Finally, season it with mustard and curry leaves.

Greated coconut-1cup
Sugar-2tbsp
Instant yeast-1tsp

Lukewarm water-1&1/4cup

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then add it to a mixie jar, add coconut, cooked rice along with it, next add sugar, salt, yeast and water, grind it into fine paste, pour it to a bowl, rest it for 8 hrs aside. Then take raised batter, after a mix make soft appam.

Bilimbi Rasam

Learn how to make special rasam using Bilimbi – called in Kerala as Irumban Puli or Irumbikka.
South Indian Rasam is an important part all feasts and also normal lunch menu. Other than with rice, Rasam is also part of the Rasa vada etc. Normal rasam is made of tomato and other spices. Here a special rasam recipe is being shown, using Bilimbi. Bilimbi or irumban puli is usually used to make pickles. But the same one can be used for preparing this special Kerala style rasam !! Try this variation of the South Indian curry and try it with rice and some fish fry !!!
Rasam is also supposed to be good for digestion.

Take some bilimbi, cut it into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard to pop, then add dry chilly and curry leaves, after a mix add bilimbi, saute it well until it mash it well, add 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp fenugreek, hing, 1 tsp pepper powder, and 1 tsp of coriander powder, mix everything well, now pour tamarind water and 2 more cup water, add salt, let it boil well, add coriander, then turn off flame.
