Semolina pudding, The taste melts on the tongue

milk pudding
sugar-3+6tbspn
water-3 tspn
milk-500ml
rava-3tbspn
egg-2
vanila essence -1 tspn

Preparation

First you have to caramelize the sugar, for that add three table spoons of sugar in a pan and caramelize it on low flame. Add three tablespoons of water and boil well, then pour it into the pudding bowl and keep it aside. Add half a liter of milk to a sauce pan, add sugar and two tablespoons of butter to it and boil it well. Then keep it aside for heating. In another small bowl, break two eggs and add vanilla essence and mix well. Then pour the pudding into the tray and steam the pudding well.

Cherupazham Snack

A good evening snack prepared with small banana.

Add three small fruits, half a cup of grated coconut and two cardamoms to a mixer jar and beat it, then add half a cup of sugar and beat it well. After pouring it into a bowl, add a cup of rice flour and mix it, add half a teaspoon of baking soda and then make a medium thick batter. Now pour the unniappam in the pan and heat it. Pour this flour in each hole and fry it well.

Ragi laddu

There are some ingredients that must be included in our diet. A healthy laddoo recipe is prepared by adding all the ingredients that help in blood deficiency, eyes to improve vision, reduce hair loss and boost immunity. Ingredients

ragi flour – 1/2 cup
ghee – 1 tsp
sesame seeds -1/4 cup
peanut -1/4 cup
almond – 1/4 cup
walnut – 1/4 cup
jaggery – 100 gm
water 1/4 cup

Preparation

heat a pan and add ghee ..
to the hot ghee add ragi flour and saute in low flame for 5 minutes…
transfer it to a plate…
to the pan add sesame seeds and dry roast till it starts to pop…
dry roast peanuts and almonds seperatly…
peel the skin of peanuts once it cools….
melt jaggery in water and cook till it get one string consistency….
transfer sesame seeds , almonds, peanuts and walnut to a mixie jar and coarsly grind…
transfer roasted ragi flour and grounded nuts to a bowl… mix well…
pour hot jaggery syrup into this mix and mix well with a spatula….
mix with your hand …
pinch a lemon size of mix and make balls when it is warm….
nutritious and yummy laddu is ready

Chicken Curry

Prepare chicken curry this way…

Take a mixie jar, add 1 pod garlic, ginger , 3 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 3 tsp coriander, 1 tsp garam masala, and 1 tsp pepper powder,then grind it in to fine paste. Add this masala to chicken , add 3 tsp of curd, coriander leaves, and salt too, marinate chicken well, then keep this aside for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, saute it eell, next add tomato, next add chicken, combine all, pour hot water,cook chicken well. finally add coriander leaves .

Paripp Vada

Paripp vada is traditional snack recipe of Kerala. Its very tasty to have with a cup of hot tea.

Soak chana dal for 1 hour, wash it very well, then, keep 1 handful of dal aside. Crush dal in a mixie jar, then take this in a bowl. Take one onion, 1/2 inch ginger, 4 dry chilly, curry leaves, 4 green chillies and 3-4 garlic, crush all together, then add to the dal, add whole dal kept aside,and salt. knead all together well, then make vada with your hand, put it in hot oil for frying.

Snake Gourd curry

A padavalanga curry like this is perfect for having with rice. This curry is very tasty and delicious. Let’s see how to easily prepare it.

Ingredients

Chilli powder – 1 & 3/4 tsp Turmeric powder – 3/4 tsp Coriander powder – 3/4 tsp
• Small onions – 25 nos
• Garlic – 5 cloves
• Ginger – small piece
• Coconut milk – one cup
• Tomato – 1
• Salt – just enough
• Mustard – one teaspoon
• Dry Chillies – Three
• Curry leaves – two stalks
• Walanpuli – Small gooseberry size

How to prepare

After peeling the skin of the snake gourd and removing all the pulp inside, it can be chopped into small pieces. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, salt and three quarter teaspoon of chili powder to it and mix it well. Then put a cup of grated coconut, 10 small onions, 5 garlic cloves and a small piece of ginger into it in a pan and fry it well. Then add 3/4 teaspoon of coriander powder, quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder and one teaspoon of chili powder and sauté again. After heating it, put it in a small mixing jar, add some water and grind it well.

Now pour one and a half tablespoon of coconut oil in an earthen pan, add 10 crushed shallots and some curry leaves and fry it, then add the padavalanga that we have prepared earlier. Add this and sauté on low flame. Then add a chopped tomato to it and sauté again without adding too much water.

• When the padavalanga is roasted well, add a quarter cup of water, grated coconut and a little more water if necessary and boil it all together. If necessary, you can add salt again, then add a pinch of tamarind the size of a gooseberry and turn off the curry when it boils.

• In another pan, pour a tablespoon of coconut oil and when it crackles, add curry leaves, dried chillies and chopped onions and season well. This can be poured into the curry which has been turned off earlier. Delicious Padavalanga Curry is ready.

Take a large pot, add sliced onion, ginger garlic and green chilly paste, lemon juice, vinegar, coconut oil, curd, chicken stocks, cumin powder, cardamom powder and salt, mix all well with your hand, then add beef, mix with masala and set aside. Grind whole spices with coriander. Cook rice in another pot, once it cooked about 75% drain the water, add rice above the beef, sprinkle powdered masala between the rece, on the top pour food colors, and sunflower oil, smoke it with charcol, then cover the pan, then put weight above the pan, then cook it in high flame. Take about 40 minutes to cook it.

maida 1 cup
rice flour 1/4cup

sodapodi 1/4 tsp
curd 1/2 cup
black sesame-1 tsp

Preparation

Take banana, slice it into medium thick layers. Take a bowl, add maida, rice flour, turmeric, salt , sugar, baking soda , black sesame and curd, mix everything well, add water, and make a thick batter, dip banana slices to the batter, and fry it in hot oil.
