If you are tired of regular chapati, try this one

Take 2 1/4 cup of maida flour in a bowl and 1 1/4 cup of boiled rice in a mixi jar and grind it well with a little water. Add it to maida to this and add enough salt and knead it well. It should be a little thick. After kneading, you can set it aside for half an hour. After half an hour, take the dough and knead it again. Now you have to make it into small balls, now take each ball and flatten it well, apply oil on top of the chapati, then dust it with powder, now fold it inwards from each side and do the same on top of the fold. Again fold it to the opposite side and this can be set aside Prepare all the rolls like this Now spread the chapatis well with the roller and make a nice deep chapati with ghee.

Koonthal Roast

Preparation

First, prepare a masala for marination. Take a mixie jar, add cumin, pepper and whole coriander seeds 1 tbsp each, 2 garlic , 1 tsp chilly powder and salt, grind it into fine powder, add oil into it, mix well, then marinate chicken with this masala. Next, soak the rice to prepare the rice. Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and saute. Add an onion and a capsicum. When it gets mixed well, add one bay leaf, two dried lemons, pepper, coriander, cloves and cinnamon. After mixing, add the washed rice to it. After heating it well, add enough salt and cover the pan well with foil paper. Place the chicken pieces on top of the paper. Cover this also with paper in another phone and cook well on low flame for 40 minutes and then replace the paper and keep the chicken pieces aside. The rest of the oil can be added to the rice itself. Now put the chicken pieces on top of the rice and smoke it well with charcoal. The super tasty Yemeni manthi is ready.

After keeping it aside for some time, you can lightly fry the mackerel. Pour coconut oil in a pan and heat it. Add mustard to it. After it splutter, add a piece of black pepper and two or three cardamom cloves and roast it. Next you can add crushed ginger and garlic along with curry leaves and mix well. Next, you can add an onion chopped lengthwise, add salt and saute well, then add the powders, one quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, one and a half tablespoons of chili powder, and three quarters of a tablespoon of coriander powder are added. After mixing all the powders well, add one big tomato and add two cups of second coconut milk, add salt and boil well. Add fish pieces to this. When it boils again, add thick first milk and heat it, then switch off the flame.

• Heat a quarter cup of sugar in a small pan until it caramelizes well. Once caramelized, pour the pudding into the prepared pan and swirl around the base.

•Now take a big jar of mixer and put biscuits in it and grind them. Then add all the rest of the ingredients and beat well.

•Pour the mixture that we beat in a pot in the oven with a sieve. Then turn on the flame and boil well on low flame. It will almost reduce when boiled. Once it is well condensed, we can turn off the flame and pour it into the container we have prepared earlier. Keep it aside to cool. After cooling, put it in the fridge and after two hours, you can turn the bowl and cut the pudding.

• After pouring two tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan, add the chopped onion, ginger and green chillies and fry them a little. Once this is cooked, you can add chopped capsicum. Add half a cup of boiled and mashed potatoes and a cup of grated paneer to it and saute well. Then add a cup of millet powder. Knead well until it forms a dough. Then it can be kept warm.

•When it gets a little hot, put a pan in the oven on low heat. After that we can take some of the prepared dough and rub oil on a banana leaf and spread it on it. Don’t spread it too thin, spread it a little thick. Spread one by one like this. After that, it can be baked on low flame. A delicious breakfast is ready.
