Easy vegetable pulao in 30 minutes detail malayalam video recipe

Ingredients:

For rice:

Basmati rice-1.5 cups

Cardamom-2

Cloves-2

Cinnamon sticks-3 small

Bay leaf-1

Salt

Lemon juice-1 tsp

For vegetables:

Beans chopped-3/4 cup

carrot-1 1/4 cup

Big onion – 1 chopped

Ginger-garlic paste-3/4 tsp

Cumin powder-2 pinch

Cardamom-2

Cloves-2

Cinnamon sticks-2 small

Pepper-20

Coriander leaves – chopped

Mint leaves -8 chopped

Ghee-1 tbsp

Salt

 

In a bowl pour a little water, add the patty, clove, cardamom, salt and lemon juice. Add the rice to 90% and then drain the excess water.
