potato-100 gm

turmeric-1/2 tsp

water-1/2 cup

green peas cooked-100 gm

coconut paste-1/2 cup

garam masala-1 tsp

coriander and mint leaves

for rice

ghee-2 tsp

spices

biriyani rice-3 cup

hot water-5 1/4 cup

lemon juice-1 tsp

salt

roasted cashew, kismis

fried onion

bread fried

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil, once it heats well, add onion, saute it well, next add other vegetables one bye one, after saute well, add turmeric, water, cooked green peas, coconut paste and garam masala, stir well, finally add herbs and turn off flame.

Heat a pot, add ghee, add spices after melting it, fry well, next add washed rice , fry it, add water, salt and lemon juice, cook it well,.

In a pot, set masala, and put rice above it, then add another layer of masala and rice, finally add some roasted cashews and kismis and fried onion above it. Serve with fried bread.
