Ingredients

wheat flour-2 cup

coconut-1 cup

cooked rice-1 cup

salt

yeast-1/4 tsp

water-2 cup

for egg curry

onion-2

garlic-6

tomato-1

ginger

green chilly

coconut oil

kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric

garam masala

coriander powder

water

salt

boiled egg

Preparation

For appam, take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, cooker rice, and coconut, add water and mix well, then add salt and yeast, after mixing well transfer it to a mixie jar, then grind it well, pour the batter to another bowl, then keep in cooker for 15 minutes, the batter will fermented well, now make soft appam.

For egg curry, heat oil in a pressure cooker, add ginger garlic crushed, then add onion and green chilly, add salt and saute it well, then add tomato, mix all well, once it become soft add masala powders, combine all, then pour water, after covering the cooker, cook it for 1 whistle, wait until the pressure gone, then add boiled egg, then serve it with appam.
