Egg : 15

Sugar : 1 cup ( 250 ml cup)

Water – 1 1/2 cup

Milk Powder – 1 tbsp

Cardamom Powder- 1/4 tsp

sugar – 6 tbsp

salt – one pinch


Break eggs and separate yolk and white into 2 bowls. Mix both with a fork. For sugar syrum , melt sugar with water, pour 1 tsp of egg white into it, then remove it after it become thick.Once the syrup become thick, pour egg yolk with
a holed wooden laddle, round it for making mutta maala, take it from syrup after become thick.Prepare whole yolk like this.

Take a mixie jar,add egg white, then add sugar, cardamom and salt, blend it well, then steam it in small bowls, serve it with muttamaala.
