Ingredients
semolina-1/2 cup
coconut-1/2 cup
sugar
salt-1 pinch
ghee-2 tsp
water-1 cup
oil for frying
Preparation
Take semolina in a bowl, add coconut, mix it with your hand, then add sugar and a pinch of salt, mix again. Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina mix, mix it well, once it become golden brown add water, mix it until it become thick dough, then transfer it to a bowl, once the heat is gone, take small portion from it and make desired shape, finally fry it in hot oil.
