anchovy fish-1/2 kg
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1 tbsp
for curry
tomato-1/2
green chilly-4-5
salt
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
tamarind juice
water
crushed garlic
raw coconut oil
curry leaves
Preparation
Marinate fish with salt , turmeric and chilly powder then keep it aside. In a claypot add tomato, green chilly, salt,turmeric, chilly powder, tamarind juice and required water, boil it well then add fish, lets cook it, finally add some curry leaves, garlic crushed and coconut oil, then turn off flame.
