Ingredients
carrot-2
ginger-1 small piece
lemon-2
basil seeds-11/2 tsp
cold water-2 cup
ice cubes
sugar
preparation
Soak basil seeds in water and keep aside. Peel off carrot and cut it into small cubes, then add it to a mixie jar, add ginger too, then blend it well, then add sugar, water and ice cubes, blend again, then strain juice, serve it with soaked kaskas.
