 Mint leaves – one hand full

• Small onion – 6 no’s

• Crushed chilli – 1 teaspoon

• Grated coconut – 1 cup

• Ginger – a small piece

• Tamarind

• Oil

• Salt

Preparation

Heat coconut oil in a pan, add chilly, shallots and ginger, saute it well, then add mint leaves into it, saute it 1 more minute, add salt, after mix it, turn off flame,and let it cool, then grind it with tamarind, add coconut and grind it again,tasty mint chammanthi ready.
