Flatten rice-2 cup

grated coconut-1 cup

nuts

cardamom powder

ghee

Preparation

Dry roast poha and coconut separately, then grind it together and make a powder.Melt jaggerry, then strain it to a pan, boil it well, add poha powder, nuts , cardamom powder and ghee into the pan, mix all well, then turn off flame. Once the heat is gone make small laddu.
