chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
pot tamarind-1 piece
coconut milk-1/2 glass
Take a mixie jar , add ingredients for grinding, grind into fine paste, then add to a clay pot, add water, tomato, chily, curry leaves, tamarind and salt, boil it well, then add fish, cook it for 2-3 minutes, next add coconut milk and turn off flame after heating it well, finally add roasted shallots and curry leaves with oil.
