Preparation
Boil water in a pan , add salt, then add rice flour, stir well, now turn off flame, and transfer the dough to a bowl, knead it well then separate into small balls. Flattern the balls using a roller, then cut it into small pooris by using a bottle cap, then fry it in hot oil, finally add some chilly powder, salt and curry leaves.
