Ghee roast


raw rice -1 cup

urad dal-1/2 cup

cooked rice-1 tbsp


Soak rice and urad dal separately for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice and required water, then pour the batter to a bowl, then rest the batter for 8 hrs. Then add salt,mix well. Heat a dosa tawa, spread oil, spray water to adjust heat, then pour batter, spread over the tawa, add ghee, once the dosa become crispy, transfer to plate.
