Preparation
Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, and oil, mix well. Boil water in a pot, add 1 glass of cold water and turn off flame, pour the water to rice flour, mix well, then knead it well, fill the dough in a idiyappam maker, add coconut, then cook it in a steamer.
