Heat a pan, add coconut oil, next add fenugreek and mustards, allow it to pop, next add onion,chilly, ginger garlic and curry leaves, saute it well, next add dry red chilly, after sauting well add masalas, then add tomato and ladies finger, mix well, cover the pan, after some time, add coconut paste with required water, cook it well.
