fenugreek-1/4 tbsp

hing-1/4 tbsp

red chilly-1-2

salt

sugar-1 spoon

chilly powder-3/4 tbsp

Preparation

Cook gooseberry with salt until it splits easily. Once it cooled separate tit from the seeds. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, then add masalas, heat it well, next add gooseberry, and mix all well, transfer to a glass jar after cooled.
