Chicken chatti pathiri

ginger garlic-2 tbsp

green chilly-1 tbsp

coriander leaves

chilly powder-1 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

garam masala-1/4 tsp

cooked chicken-2 cup

For batter

maida-1 1/2 cup


water-1 3/4 cup


other ingredients



milk-1/4 cup

pepper powder-1/4 tsp



Lets begin with filling preparation, heat a pan, add oil, saute onion,ginger garlic and green chilly well, then add coriander leaves, after mixing well add all masalas one bye one, next add cooked chicken, turn off flame after mixing well.

In a mixie jar add maida,water, egg and salt,grind well, then make thin crepes in a pan.

Next Break 5 eggs in a bowl, add milk,salt and pepper powder, mix well.

Heat a cooker, add ghee, take one crepe ,dip in egg mix and set in the cooker, then take the mix ,spread over the crepe , then put another crepe, repeat the process , after all are done, pour the leftover egg mix above the pathiri, cover the lid and cook in low flame, once cooked enough, turn the pan to upward down , and cook top of the pathiri for 5 minutes, now you can serve.
