Mango kulfi

Ingredients

mango fruit-1 1/2 cup( pulp)

milk-1/4 cup

condensed milk-1/2 cup

fresh cream-1 cup

cardamom-3

saffron

badam-5-6

cashews

Preparation

Add all ingredients in a mixie jar, blend well for 2 minutes, then transfer to kulfi mould, freeze this for 8-12 hrs. You can add crushed nuts on top.
