Ingredients
Semolina-1/2 cup
water-1 cup
salt
boiled potato – 5-6
green chilly chopped-2
turmeric-1/4 tsp
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Boil water in a pan, add semolina into it, stir well, once it become a dough, turn off flame, then transfer to a bowl, add potatoes, then mash it by your hand, next add masalas,green chilly,ginger garlic, coriander leaves and salt, then knead it well, then make a desired shape, and fry in hot oil.
