cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Heat a pan, add milk, sugar, cardamom powder, turmeric powder, salt, and ghee, once it boils, add rice flour, stir well until it become thick, then transfer to a plate, knead it well, make a soft dough, divide small balls, make cylindrical shape, and cook in a steamer. Finally coat in desicated coconut.
