Uzhunnu vada


urad dal- 1 cup

cold water-1 tbsp


green chilly-2


rice flour-1 tbsp



soak urad dal for 3 hrs in room temperature, 1 hour in refrigirator, then grind well without water, then add cold water, blend again , then pour into a bowl, mix 3 minutes by using hand, next add onion, ginger, green chilly, curry leaves, rice flour and salt, mix well, then take some batter , make a small hole and put in hot oil, then cook well.
