Ingredients
2 cups raw rice

1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup water
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon instant yeast
Preparation
Wash the raw rice thoroughly. Soak them in water for 2-3 hours. Drain the soaked rice . Add the cooked rice and water to the mixture. Grind the mixture to a smooth batter.Add the coconut water, sugar, and yeast: Add the coconut water, sugar, and yeast to the batter. Mix well until everything is combined. Cover the batter and let it rest for 8-10 hours, or overnight. Apply oil in a deep plate. Pour batter into the plate. steam it well.
