Tapioca curry
Ingredients
tapioca-500 gm

Chilly Powder-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Required Salt
Oil-2&1/2 tbsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Shallots-10
Dry chilly-3
Curry leaves
Preparation
Boil tapioca with salt, turmeric and water in a pressure cooker until tender. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and curry leaves. Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown. Add curry powder, turmeric powder, and chilli powder and fry for a few seconds. Add coconut milk and water and bring to a boil. Add boiled tapioca and salt and simmer for a few minutes until the tapioca is coated in the curry.
