Preparation

Wash rice thoroughly 2-3 times, then dry it under sunlight. Heat a pan, add rice, then roast it until it pop well, then keep this aside, once the heat is gone, grind it into fine powder, add this powder to a bowl. Grind coconut and grated jaggerry together, then add this above the rice powder, mix all well, then make small balls, coat rice powder above the balls.
