sugar-1 tbsp


Soak rice for 2-3 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice, coconut, egg, cardamom, salt and sugar, add some water and make a fine batter, pour the batter to a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter with a large spoon, then fry both sides well.
