green gram dal-1/2 kg

jaggerry-1 kg


thin coconut milk of 2 coconut

thick coconut milk of 2 coconut

cardamom powder

salt-1/4 tsp

ghee-2 tbsp

cashews and kismis


Heat a pressure cooker, add dal, roast it until the color become slightly brown, then wash it well. Then cook it with second extract of coconut milk, then add melted jaggerry to the cooked dal, boil it well, then add cardamom powder, and salt, boil it again for 5 minutes, finally add thick coconut milk and fried cashews and kismis.
