Preparation

Wash gram dal throughly, then soak it for 2 hrs. Take a pressure cooker, add soaked dal, add water, then cook it for 3-4 whistle. Once the pressure is gone, open lid and turn on flame again, once it become dry add banana pieces, then mix both well, add ghee into it, combine all together, pour jaggerry juice, after mixing all pour milk, let it boil well, once it become thick turn off flame. Finally add roasted cashews and ghee.
