Vegetable masala curry

Ingredients

oil-2 tbsp

mustard-1/2 tsp

cardamom-2

star anise

cinnamon

cloves

onion-2

curry leaves

ginger garlic-2 tbsp

turmeric-1/2 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1 1/2 tsp

chicken masala-3 tsp

tomato-1

green beans-1 cup

carrot-1 cup

cooked and mashed potato-1 cup

salt

coriander leaves

curry leaves

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, after splutter it well add whole spices, mix it well, then add onion and curry leaves, saute it well, add ginger and garlic crushed, saute again, then add masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, next add tomato, carrot and beans, mix it, then cover the pan, cook it well, now add mashed potato, after mixing it wel pour water and salt, mix again and boil it until it become thick, finally add coriander leaves and curry leaves, then turn off flame.
