Three-quarters cup of semolina
Half a cup of coconut
One teaspoon of cumin seeds
A pinch of salt
Preparation
Melting two pieces of jaggery .Combining grated coconut, two bananas, an egg, ¾ cup of rava (semolina), ½ cup of grated coconut again, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, the melted jaggery, and a pinch of salt in a mixer .Grinding the ingredients to form a batter .
Cooking the batter on a pan, forming small pancakes .Drizzling honey over the finished pancakes.
