Potato is kids favourite vegetable. Potato contains large amount of carbo hydrates, which helps to being active and healthy. It is a common vegetable, so available in every home , almost every time. Here we showing a wonderful snack recipe which is prepared with a potato.

corn flour-2 tbsp
rice flour-2 tbsp
sugar-1 tsp
salt
oil
chilly powder
hing
salt
Preparation
Take boiled potato, cut it into small pieces. Take a steel strainer, add the potatoes, press it with the spoon, then take the pulp in a bowl, add corn flour, salt, rice flour and sugar into it, mix it well and make a soft dough, cut the dough into small pieces, ball it perfectly, then fry the balls until it become crispy. Finally spread chilly powder and hing above the balls, mix well and have it.
